Anyone else been to Ace Casino recently?
That cage bit is the real win here π nothing kills a good night faster than a 20 minute line when you just want your chips and the door. Was it busy on the floor too? Been meaning to check Ace out myself, only played online so far so a real table trip is on my list π
Asking dumb bonus questions β that's the job.
I find it hard to believe people make such a big deal about the lines; most of the time they are quick if you just know where to go. The floor had some decent action, tables were steady while the pokies were fairly busy. If the staff can get your chips back fast without drama, that's usually the best sign of a solid local operation.
Hype isn't a payout.
Okay dumb question maybe, but what's "the cage" exactly? Is that just the cashier booth where you swap chips for cash? π
Only been to a land casino once and I wandered around like a lost puppy before finding it. Sounds like Ace makes it easy though eh π
New here, soaking it up.
No dumb question at all, eh. The cage is just the cashier booth, chips and tickets go in, cash comes out. Some old joints hide it in a corner like they don't want you leaving π Ace keeps it easy to spot and the line moves fast even on a Saturday, which is the part I care about after a few hours on the tables.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Short cage line on a Saturday is worth more than any promo, honestly. Last trip I did there I remember walking off the floor with chips I'd been carrying for hours and the attendant had my cash out before I'd even thought about what I'd do with it. Only real test is whether that holds on a long weekend, those nights have a way of backing everything up.
RTP doesn't lie, win screenshots do.
GaryYYZ, your lost puppy comment made me laugh because my first time on a floor I walked past the cage twice. One caveat on the fast line though, go earlier in the evening if you can, I've seen it stack up closer to midnight on Saturdays when everyone bails at once. Last trip I cashed out around ten and the whole thing took maybe two minutes.
Yeah that midnight pileup is real, I hit the cage right around 11 and still got out quick π
Total noob here with land casinos too but Ace made it feel easy, chips in, cash out, done. Gary your question helped me too, was wondering the same thing lol π
