Got lost wandering Ace Casino's floor, but staff made my night
Lost mall dad had me laughing 😂 I've only been to a floor a couple times myself (still pretty new to all this) and yeah the layouts are confusing on purpose I swear, they want you walking past every slot on the way to anything.
The cage part is what caught my eye though - cashed out zero fuss plus a joke from the teller? That sounds amazing lol. Quick question for anyone who knows: when you cash out at the cage do they just hand you the cash right there, or is there ever any ID/check thing if the win is decent? Genuinely curious since I haven't hit anything worth walking to the cage for yet 🙈 cheers!

Good cage experience tracks, though the teller calling your slots hot is doing a lot of work, anyone can walk out with a story, the proof is what the ticket actually paid before the line formed. Layouts being a maze is by design, been that way at every floor I've walked. Friendly staff and zero-fuss cashout beats the ones where they eyeball you like you're counterfeiting the cheque, so I'd give it another visit.

Yeah the cage staff can make or break the night, no argument there 😭 Last time I cashed out mine didn't crack any jokes, just counted the cheque out like a bank machine, but zero fuss either way so I'll take it. And the maze layout - 100% by design, I did my laps too before finding the exit. Cashing out while it's paying is everything, glad your teller was generous about the luck 🎰
