First trip to Pickering Casino Resort from Toronto and it's worth it
First land-based trip I've done since starting this whole hobby and this thread makes me want to book one, eh. Quick cage cashout with no line on a Friday sounds almost too good. Was the floor packed around the tables or pretty chill? 🙂

The cage speed is the real selling point for me, some places you queue twenty minutes after a hit. 🎰 Went Friday evening too and walked straight up, floor spacing makes session tracking way easier.

haha cage speed is half luck of the timing, friend. i've hit the same hour at a dead quiet spot and queued behind a stag party cashing out loonies by the handful 😄. the spacing on that floor though, that's real, you can wander a good while before you even smell a table pit. went in expecting the usual squeeze and got room to breathe for once.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Funny how a Friday with no cage line means half the room went home early or nobody hit anything worth queuing for. I found the spacing legit though, you can actually find your machines again after a walk without circling like a lost tourist. Cage speed I'd want to see on a Saturday night before I call it a feature. Still, worth the drive from the city once.

Never cashed at a cage yet, first trip is still on my list, but the spacing thing sold me. Worst part of any floor is losing the machine you were feeding 😅 quick question though, do you just take your ticket to the cage or can you cash smaller wins right at the slot? Friday with no cage line just means nobody hit big yet, that's my read 😄. And yes newbie, ticket to the cage or the machine pays out small wins right there, either way works.

No cage line on a Friday? Either luck or the poker room was eating everyone's bankroll quietly 😄 I'll say this though, a floor where you can actually find your machine again after a wander beats half the old joints I've fed over the years. Sam, tickets usually keep for a good while, no need to sprint to the cage same night, but don't leave it in a jacket pocket for months like an old mate of mine did.

I've only ever cashed online so this cage stuff is basically a mystery to me 😅 the fact you can walk away with actual money in hand same night kind of blows my mind. That spacing thing sounds great too, I get turned around walking into a busy store, never mind a huge floor. Does anyone get lost there or is it pretty easy to find the exit again lol?
