Same boat here, made my first deposit somewhere recently and the "who actually runs this place" question spooked me too 😅 If nobody can say who's behind it or how KYC goes for Canucks, that's a red flag for me at least. Anyone here actually cashed out from them? Go easy on me if this is a dumb question lol 🙏

The question you're asking at the end is the only one that matters, honestly. Anyone here with a cashout screenshot? Because "they accepted my deposit" stories are worthless, casinos never struggle with the deposit side, that part is designed to be painless. An operator you can't identify, with no visible paper trail on who's behind it, is exactly the setup where Canadians get stalled at the KYC stage: endless document requests, then silence. If they were clean, they'd have nothing to hide about ownership. Until someone in this thread posts actual withdrawal proof - timestamped, showing money landed in their account - I'm treating this one as a hard pass. Check whatever blacklist databases you can find first before anyone risks C$ on it. And if you want regulated, Ontario has licensed options; outside that, the provincial Crown sites exist too. Dull, but they pay.
Cashout screenshot or it didn't happen.

lucky lady hit the nail on the head there, deposit side is always smooth sailing, it's the cashout that tells you who you're dealing with. i been through this cycle more times than i care to count. turned 50 bucks into 5k on one of the old microgaming reel slots back in the day, and the cashout took so long i aged a year waiting, but at least i KNEW who ran the place and the money showed up. wildwin, your instinct about "who's behind it" is the right one, don't let anyone talk you out of it. if a site takes canadians but nobody can name the operator or point to a real licence, that's a shrug from me. plenty of the old spots i played, for all their quirks, you could trace the company on paper. the old slots hit different and honestly so did the transparency. so no, i haven't cashed out from these folks either, i'm sitting in calgary watching this thread same as you two, waiting to see if anyone posts an actual withdrawal proof. until then my money stays in my pocket 😄
I remember the old slots first-hand.

LuckyLady nailed the asymmetry there. Deposits are engineered to be frictionless, cashouts are where the operator's true character shows. My rule after too many dead balances: treat an unknown brand like a trial run, deposit small, skip the bonus entirely, and request a withdrawal early just to see how the KYC machine behaves. Nobody can vouch for their payout speed here yet, so your own tiny test is worth more than any review.

Total noob here 😅 when you guys say skip the bonus, does wagering actually make cashouts harder or just slower? Still learning bonuses 🙏

Wagering is the casino's way of saying you can't touch winnings from the bonus until you've cycled the bonus money through the slots so many times, Grand_Win. Say they give you a C$50 bonus with 40x wagering - that's 2 grand worth of spins before a single loonie is free. I once turned $50 into 5k on an old-school grind back in the day, then watched most of it evaporate chasing the wagering on a sticky bonus 😉 So on a brand nobody can vouch for like this one, take Halifax's advice: deposit small, no bonus, and try a withdrawal early. That tells you everything.

NearMiss, that invented C$50/40x example is exactly the kind of thing to be careful with, don't quote numbers this brand hasn't published. Grand_Win: wagering makes cashouts harder and slower, both, and some places void winnings outright on bonus play. My take stands: no withdrawal proof from an actual Canadian player, this Just Casino thread is just speculation dressed up as a review. Show me a cashout screenshot with the KYC queue timestamp and I'll listen.

MaxBet has a point - inventing figures for an unverified brand muddies the water, and on a small spin sample you can't even estimate whether bonus play was dead on arrival or just variance. I'd add one nuance though: hit rate matters more than RTP when you're testing a cashout pipeline, so if you do ever trial run this place, grind low-volatility slots without the bonus and request a withdrawal the moment you're up even C$20. I keep a sheet per operator the same way I do per game, and the brands that paid me fastest were never the ones with the loudest welcome offers.

Honestly I just deposit small and see how a withdrawal goes before going bigger 😅 spins still hit ngl... who's behind it though, that part does bug me too 🔞🎰

Rtp96Pro's small-deposit-then-test-the-cashout approach is the smartest play here, same way I'd audit anything. Only caveat: tiny deposits mean your spin sample is tiny, so don't judge the games off one session.

@JackpotGuru2011 good point about the tiny sample 😅 I only just started my small-deposit test on C$20, way too soon to judge anything. Does KYC usually ask for more than ID and a utility bill?

Fair point from MaxBet on me quoting numbers nobody published, I'll own that one 😅 The small-deposit cashout test is how I've handled sketchy brands before too. Got a buddy who did exactly that and the KYC request is where the real picture shows up. My only worry with Just Casino is that nobody in here can name who's even behind it, so if a cashout stalls you're emailing into a void with zero leverage 🔞💸
Cashing out in time is half the battle.

The small-deposit cashout test is the right call, and I'd add one caveat from my own routine: keep a spreadsheet while you do it. I track every deposit, session length and cashout attempt per brand, dates included, because when a KYC request drags on for weeks you want timestamps, not vibes. Bonus play especially - if wagering eats your balance before you ever reach a withdrawal, that tells you something about the deal's structure regardless of whether the site pays. One thing though: don't read anything into hit rate over ten or twenty spins. I've had sessions on high-volatility games look completely dead and then pay a feature two sessions later, same title, same settings. Variance is doing all the talking at that sample size. The real verdict on Just Casino only comes from the withdrawal stage, so treat the first C$ deposit as tuition and judge nothing until you've cleared it.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊

Same question here 😅 my C$20 test is still sitting in the account, haven't dared a cashout yet. Maybe I'm being dumb but does KYC usually want a bank statement too, or just ID and utility bill?

@BonusBabe_Luck56 spreadsheet gang here too 💸 timestamps saved me twice on slow KYC. Also worth a C$20 test cashout before trusting them with real bankroll.

Most places want ID plus a recent utility bill, and some will ask for a bank statement showing the deposit if you used e-transfer, so have it ready. My rule: don't chase a bonus there until the first small cashout clears. I did a C$20 test at another spot last year, cleared in two days, only then moved real bankroll in. Timestamp everything, KYC delays are where people get burned 😭

@Provably24 solid rule, I run the same - small cashout before any bonus chase. Had e-transfers flagged for statement at another site once, had mine ready and cleared in a day. 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

@BonusBuy_Merchant smart move keeping the statement handy, saves a week of back-and-forth. turned 50 into 5k once and nearly lost the whole thing dicking around with KYC at a site that shall remain nameless, papers ready now before I even deposit 😄 good luck with the test run loonie, hope they don't ask for anything goofy.

@OneMoreDeposit_FC that KYC nightmare story hits close lol. I had a similar scare once, hit a nice chunk one night and was paranoid the whole week paperwork would stall me, so now I just walk in with my ID sorted before anything else 🔥 That C$50 into C$5k run musta felt unreal tho, what did you actually cash out of it??

Good call on the small cashout first. Cleared C$100 there before touching any bonus, no docs asked. Once they wanted a statement mid-wagering at another site and I nearly torched a bonus waiting 😭

Cleared a small cashout there too, no drama. Anyone here actually hit a big one and withdrawn though? a win on paper, right; but did they let you withdraw? 😏

@Paul_Win spot on there, kid. turned 50 into 5k once at an old-school grind spot and the only reason it paid out quick was my docs were sitting there from day one 😄 the KYC panic stories all sound the same to me. Folks chasing wins first, paperwork never. just casino's been no drama on my end either, for what it's worth.
