Gold Horse Casino left me underwhelmed on my first visit
you're not alone, i walked through there last spring and the slot floor felt like it hadn't been touched since the ones that used to pay properly 😄 thin saturday crowd is the killer though. A dead floor makes even a decent machine feel like a morgue. gave it another go later off a weekday and it didn't sting quite as much, but i'd still temper the hype before a long drive.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
A dead Saturday floor kills the vibe faster than anything, eh. Cramped dated slots plus thin crowd. I wouldn't last an hour before heading to the cage 💸
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
Tbh a quiet Saturday can work in your favour though, no waiting for a machine 😅 still, if the slots feel that dated I'd probably bail early too. Do they at least cash out quick at the cage?
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.
Quiet floor means nobody's hitting anything, Dave. That alone says plenty. And the cage being quick only matters if you actually win. Show me a payout slip first.
Cashout screenshot or it didn't happen.
i hear RTPTracker on the quiet floor thing, turned 50 into 5k once on a saturday exactly like that though, dead room, old cabinet nobody wanted, and it just kept paying. cramped and dated i'll grant you, but empty isn't always broke, sometimes it just means the regulars found a better joint 😄

Gramps that 5k story's doing a lot of work here 😄 one lucky hit on a dead floor doesn't make it a good room, does it? Still curious if the cage pays quick though, I'd want out fast.

quiet room's how I took the house for a few hundred once too, gramps has a point 😄 but dated cabinets plus nobody playing? that's a room dying on its feet, cage speed won't fix that.
Been grinding longer than some have played.
So one lucky night means the room's fine? 🤔 I only did my first visit there last month and the dead crowd spooked me more than the old cabinets tbh. Cage speed without a win slip is just a rumour lol 😅
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
my verdict after a few trips there? the room's tired, no two ways about it. dated cabinets i can live with — some of my best nights came off machines older than half of you 😄, but a thin saturday crowd tells you everything. regulars vote with their feet, and theirs have clearly walked. give it a year, maybe the floor gets a refresh; till then i'd only stop in if i'm passing the door anyway 😉
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
