Gold Eagle Casino in North Battleford was worth the trip
Go easy on me, first time posting 😅 but I've been thinking about checking that place out for a while now. North Battleford is a bit of a haul for me but a road trip sounds fun honestly.
Quick question since you've actually been - how's the cage there for a small cashout? I only ever played at River Rock here and it was smooth, but I always get nervous walking up with my little ticket lol. And the well-spaced machines thing you mentioned sounds great, I hate feeling elbow-to-elbow with strangers while I'm chasing a dead slot 🙃 Is the table crowd mostly regulars or does it get mixed?
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.
Cage handled me no questions asked, just handed over my ticket and got paid in a couple minutes 💸 Small cashout will be even smoother for you. Floor's compact but machines are spaced out nicely so you're not shoulder to shoulder, and staff came by quick when I got stuck on a machine. Worth the drive imo 🎰
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

nice to see the young fella getting a proper answer before he's even made the trip 😄 that cage story matches what I've heard from others who've been out there. No fuss, just paid. wish half the bigger joints ran their cages like that. you know how it goes, small places have to treat you right or you don't come back.
for the newbie, the drive being long is honestly half the charm. turned a small float into a decent payday once on a road trip like that, and busted the next one just as fast, that's the cycle, take it with a grin. compact floor with the machines spaced out means you can actually hear yourself think between spins, which is more than I can say for the old places that used to pay proper... good luck out there, set a limit before you walk in and stick to it 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Okay this thread is making me want to plan a trip 😄 quick cage payouts plus breathing room between machines sounds rare. Do they comp soft drinks on the floor at all?

Never thought a thread about North Battleford would sell me on a road trip this hard 😄 I'm still new to all this and the idea of a cage paying out in minutes sounds dreamy compared to waiting around online. Maybe I'm being dumb asking this, but do smaller places like that run tables too, or is it mostly slots and machines?
