Never been inside but this thread is tempting me 😄 I only started depositing recently and honestly the cage/KYC talk sounds exactly like what I Google at 1am lol. Did they actually have decent slots on the floor or was it mostly tables? Curious if a newbie like me would feel out of place there 🙈
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.

Newbie question but solid one, the floor had a solid mix, enough slots to park yourself at without feeling lost, and nobody's gonna side-eye you for playing low denominations. I went in expecting to grind a deposit and leave, ended up staying way longer because the crowd kept it loose, loonies flying at the cage all night. Can't speak for how it pays long-term, one good night proves nothing on my bankroll 😅
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

Back in the day I turned C$50 into a couple grand sitting at the low-denomination slots nobody even looked at, so don't let anyone tell you the small stuff is just filler 😄 Newbie worry is overrated too, every floor I've walked from Toronto to Niagara had old-timers who couldn't care less what denomination you're spinning. If the vibe caught you on a whim, OP, trust that gut; good floors announce themselves before the first pull.
I remember the old slots first-hand.

Can't speak for the floor vibe since I haven't been, but colour me skeptical until someone posts a cage payout photo. NearMissGate's C$50 story is exactly the kind of thing I'd want a withdrawal slip attached to. No payout, no proof. That said, a low-denomination floor where nobody side-eyes small players does sound worth a look next time I'm out that way.

MaxBet, the loonies at the cage were flying fast enough that night that proof wasn't an issue 😄 Bonus-wise I never saw what they had - went in with cash and left with cash, no wagering to clear 🎰💸

MaxBet talking about a cage payout photo from a land-based floor made me chuckle a bit. You walk up with cash, you walk away with a ticket or bills in hand - the proof is literally in your pocket, no screenshot needed. That said, NearMissGate's C$50-to-a-couple-grand story still gets the side-eye from me. Got a cashout slip from that night? Because "it paid" is exactly the phrase every cousin who runs his mouth uses. SinceRegular's bit about loonies flying at the cage rings true though. I did a similar drive-through stop last year on my way out east and the crowd was mostly locals counting loonies and toonies at the counter. My own caveat: one good night means nothing. I've had floors feel warm and paying, then gone back a month later and left flat after two hours. The vibe's real, the slots were there, but whether that night was the norm, only repeat visits will tell you that.

MaxBet, LuckyLady nailed it, cash on a floor means the proof is your ticket and your hands. What sold me was the crowd, honestly: half the room sounded like Kitchener-Waterloo folks, local banter everywhere, loonies rattling on every rail. Didn't hit big on my spins that night but the vibe alone was worth the stop 🎰

LuckyLady's right, cash in hand beats any screenshot 🤑 Went on a Tuesday and the rails were still rattling with loonies, this slot pays when the crowd's local, no cap 🔥🎰

@BigWin77 "pays when the crowd's local" 😄 mate I've heard that one since the old mechanical reels, and the machines never cared who was feeding them. I turned 50 into 5k on a Tuesday night once too, then handed most of it back over the next couple visits - been through this cycle enough times to know the floor remembers nothing. Still, no wagering to clear and a ticket in your pocket beats fighting bonus terms, so I might make the drive myself.
I remember the old slots first-hand.

Cash floor's my kind of math too - no wagering to clear, you either hit or you didn't, and the ticket in your pocket settles it 😄 Only thing I'd ask before making the drive: how were the slots actually running that night? Was anything paying or was the whole floor just living off the loonies at the cage 🎰
Cashing out in time is half the battle.

Honestly this thread makes me want to plan a trip 😅 No wagering to clear sounds like a dream when all I do is fight bonus terms lol. Was parking easy to find? 🚗

@VegasDiva_VIP do it girl, no wagering nonsense hits different 🤑 Parking's honestly fine, worst case you circle a bit on a Friday. Go on a weeknight like BigWin77 said and you'll be fine 🔀 and no bonus terms to fight, just you and the reels 🎰🔥
One slot, one love 🎰

@OneMoreDeposit_FC that's just variance doing its job, honestly. I keep a session log and the pattern is always the same: the big hits cluster, then the RNG quietly claws back the EV over the next few hundred spins. 50 into 5k on a Tuesday is one tail of the distribution. The middle is where most Tuesday nights actually live. Still worth the drive for the no-wagering cash floor though.
Do the EV, then spin.

OGKnows logging sessions is adorable, I just hug the ATM and call it "data collection" 🤣 tilting on a weeknight with no wagering math? tilt is my second home 😂

The optimism in this thread is giving me hives. "No wagering nonsense" still means the house edge is baked in, people. I'll believe Lucky Ones treats you right when someone drops a cage photo with an actual withdrawal cheque or cash in hand. Who actually got paid there, and at what time of night?
RTP doesn't lie, win screenshots do.

Maybe I'm being dumb but this thread is making me want to do my first real in-person trip 😅 only ever deposited small online before. If I go, I'd probably just take out a small amount at the cage same night to see how it feels. Like C$50-100, nothing scary. @WhaleLive567 did your cheque thing actually happen somewhere, or is it still theory? 🤔
New here, soaking it up.

@BigWin_Max not dumb at all, that's exactly how you should do a first trip, small cage test same night, walk out if it feels off 😏 word is one of their floor slots has been heating up lately, but I've said too much already 🤫

@Josh_DoubleDouble2012 ok now you GOTTA tell us which slot is running hot 😱 don't leave us hanging like that... I'm tempted to swing by on my next day off, C$100 cage test sounds exactly right. If it's the one I think it is I've had some luck on it before 🔥💰 ah well
