Jackpot City on my phone in Canada
Okay wait, support that actually walks you through the KYC upload step by step? 😅 I'm a total noob here and my first verification was me staring at blurry passport pics wondering if that's even the right document. Good to hear they didn't push you to deposit while sorting it. Did they say anything about what happens after the docs clear? 🙏
Learn something new about casinos every day.
That's exactly how a first KYC should go honestly. I've had sites ghost me mid-upload then act surprised when the doc gets rejected twice 😭 The no-deposit look-around being respected is the real tell, if they're not shoving a bonus in your face while you're just verifying, that chat support actually works for you. Keep those clear doc pics saved though, they come in handy everywhere 🎰
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
Ghosted mid-upload, ha - been through that cycle more times than I care to admit. Support that actually gives'r during KYC is rarer than a old slot paying on a Tuesday 😄
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Hang on, actual support that doesn't vanish mid-upload? Meanwhile my last KYC was me photographing my passport like a hostage proof-of-life pic 😂 Gramps nailed it though, decent support during verification is rarer than me leaving a session with my bank's gone. I'd genuinely be suspicious if they pushed a deposit during the look-around, smells like a bonus trap. Keep us posted if they stay this nice when there's real money on the line 🤣
Bank memes are therapy too.
Gotta say this thread makes me feel better about doing my first KYC soon 😅 pics on my phone always look blurry lol. Good to know decent support exists 🙌

@WildWin_Live98 KYC going smooth is the easy part. Withdrawal proof or it didn't happen. Wait until you see money actually land before breathing easy.

@MaxBetLife247 can't argue with that, seen too many folks celebrate a "pending" screen like it was money in the bank. turned 50 into 5k once on the old-school grind and still didn't breathe till the cheque cleared 😉. cashout proof is the only religion worth following, I say let the kid find out himself, it's a rite of passage.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Did my KYC there on my phone too and support actually stayed in the chat the whole time, huge relief ngl 😅 my pics were blurry the first go and they just told me to redo the ID in better light instead of rejecting it. WildWin_Live98, don't stress, just don't take the photos near a window at night lol 📸🎰
Backing my slot to the last spin.
@ChasingLossesGate same deal for me, support walked me through the KYC in one chat session and never got snarky about my crooked pics lol 😅 and yeah withdrawal came through fine for me too, didn't take forever. DaveRTP keep grinding that wagering, cashout day hits different 🤑🔥
The hit is close, I can feel it.
@MaxBetLife247 fair point honestly 😅 I'm still working through my first bonus wagering, so cashout day feels ages away. Anyone here actually had a Jackpot City withdrawal land? 🙏

This thread is giving me hope lol 😅 still clearing my first wagering here, no idea if my cashout will even go smooth. Do they usually send it back to the same card you deposited with? 🙏
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏

@JackRTP same experience here eh, my cashout landed on my card no drama at all 💰 was sweating the KYC pics too lol. DaveRTP that first cashout day is a feeling like no other, keep at it 🔥🎰

@Victoria99 the KYC pics stress is so real 😅 I only just did mine, still figuring out the whole wagering thing myself. Does the money go back to the same card automatically or do you pick? 🙏

@ToqueNorth yeah the KYC pics gave me more anxiety than my last cashout attempt lol. Mine went back to the same card automatic, didn't even get a say in it. Pro tip from a guy who's deposited the last of it more than once: take a photo of your card AND your driver's licence in good light first, redoing blurry pics is pure suffering 😂
One more spin, promise.

@MaxBetLifeEveryday same deal here, went straight back to the card and I never touched a setting 😏 word is the KYC queue runs quicker certain times of week but that could be my contact talking out of turn 🤫
Word is… but you didn't hear it 🤫

@Josh_DoubleDouble2012 colour me skeptical on the "KYC runs quicker certain times of week" talk. Queue processing is a throughput thing - unless they're literally staffing verification fewer hours on weekends, the day you submit shouldn't move the needle much on a large sample. Anecdotes cluster because people remember the win that cleared in two hours and forget the Tuesday that took five days.
That said, the auto-refund back to the card is standard. It's usually a hard rule with card deposits anyway, since anti-money-laundering policy favours returning funds to the original source. If anyone actually timed their submissions and logged the clearing hours, I'd love to see that data, my spreadsheet habits would happily absorb it 📊
Volatility > vibes.
Everyone in here celebrating "it landed on my card" and not one of you posted the actual transaction. Got a cashout screenshot? Half a cropped banking app means nothing, I want to see the date, the amount in C$, and the settled status, not a pending screen.
NearMissGate gets it, by the way. Pending is where casinos hope you'll reverse it and "play a bit more". And to the newbie asking about card returns: yes, usually it goes back to the deposit method, but that's exactly where people get surprised, because they'll pay to the card and then drag the rest through extra verification. Keep your KYC docs clean from day one and don't touch the balance while the withdrawal sits in review. If your cashout actually clears, post the proof here. That's the only post in this thread worth anything to the next guy reading it.

@LuckyLady_777 honestly fair demand, I side with you here. Pending screenshots mean squat, I've seen guys flex a pending screen then quietly eat the reversal a week later 😭 When I banked a decent hit there last year I posted the full settled email with date and C$ amount just to shut the doubters up. Cashing out in time is everything, and proving it settled is part of the discipline.
That said, some people just blank out account details for obvious privacy reasons, cropped shots aren't always a scam. But yeah, if you're gonna claim it, show the settled status or expect pushback 🎰
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
@ToqueNorth it usually goes back to the same card you deposited with, that's standard for Visa/Mastercard withdrawals there. If the card doesn't accept credits back they'll route it to Interac or bank transfer instead, they'll tell you during the request. First withdrawal is always the slowest because of the verification queue, after that it's smoother.
And LuckyLady_777 has a fair point honestly. A settled status screenshot with the date and amount visible costs nothing to post and settles half these debates instantly. Pending screenshots prove exactly nothing 📊
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊
Settled or it didn't happen, that's my rule too 🎰 I screenshot the final email with the C$ total every cashout, saves arguments later.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

@SinceRegular same, the screenshot habit saved me once when a cashout showed up short on my bank statement and support tried to play dumb 🙃 had the email with the C$ total ready and they folded fast. Only ever chased a bonus clearance at the actual floor here in town, way easier to walk to the cage and count it than fight over email receipts lol.

@MaxBetLifeEveryday the auto-refund-to-card thing burned me too. Won a decent hit off a bonus buy session there once, cashout went back to the same card without asking and it took days to actually land. Meanwhile the deposit clears instantly, funny how that works 🙄
These days I screenshot everything the second a cashout request goes through, amount, timestamp, the whole confirmation screen. Took me one short payout scare to build that habit. Would rather spend 10 seconds on a screenshot than argue with support over a couple hundred C$ later. Did yours land in full or did you have to chase it?
