KYC requests feel like applying for a mortgage
Going through the same thing right now, my first cashout attempt and the doc list just keeps growing 😅 maybe I'm being dumb here, but does anyone know if they ask for more stuff if the deposit came from a bonus? Still learning bonuses, so I'd rather get all the docs ready upfront instead of doing this back-and-forth for a week 🙏
New here, soaking it up.
Bonus deposit usually means a bit more poking around, they'll want proof the funds came from your own account before any cashout clears 😅 Mine took a few rounds of docs too but once they had everything the withdrawal went through fine. Just upload exactly what they ask and don't chase it with tickets every hour, that's when the list mysteriously grows 🔥
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
been through this cycle more times than i can count, max, bonus money always stirs up extra paperwork, that's just how they cover themselves. mortgage comparison made me laugh though, i once turned a small deposit into a decent cashout and the doc saga afterwards felt longer than the win was sweet 😄 hang in there, once they've got your ID, card pics and a proof of address they usually quit asking.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Honestly the selfie with ID part is real, I did that last week and felt like a hostage proof-of-life photo 😂 My first cashout too and they wanted basically my whole wallet scanned, bank card both sides, utility bill, everything. Gramps is right though, once the last doc finally got accepted it all went through smooth, so hang in there Max 🙏
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.
Mortgage comparison's generous, honestly, my bank asked less paperwork for the actual mortgage 😄 hang in there max, first cashout is always the worst one.

Reading all this makes me nervous, my first cashout is coming up 😅 did the selfie with ID actually get accepted first try for anyone, or did they bounce it back?

@NearMissGate 😅 glad it's not just me finding this wild, still learning bonuses and haven't even hit my first cashout yet so this thread is kinda scaring me lol. Did you find they asked for anything twice, or was one big document dump enough? 🙏

@Grand_Win they asked me twice for the utility bill, old one apparently 😑 one big dump usually does it though. Just get your docs clear and you'll be fine, and word is once you're through, the wheels loosen up a bit 🤫
Word is… but you didn't hear it 🤫

@Josh_DoubleDouble2012 yeah this matches my experience, they bounced my utility bill once too cause the address was from a few months back 😑 annoying but once everything cleared, cashouts been smooth for me since. And @RTPTracker relax man, faster withdrawals is what I meant, got my last one in like a day 🤑 ToqueNorth don't sweat it, take the selfie in good light with the ID flat on a table, first try for me 🔥🎰
One slot, one love 🎰

@Josh_DoubleDouble2012 "wheels loosen up a bit" is doing a lot of work in that sentence. Loosen how, exactly, faster withdrawals, or just them having everything they need to stall you later? Those are two very different things and nobody in this thread has actually shown a paid-out withdrawal screenshot, which tells me plenty.
For the newbies reading: sure, send clear docs, but also screenshot every upload and every email timestamp before you send anything. If they "lose" your utility bill a third time, you'll want proof you sent it. And check what licence this place actually operates under before anyone here treats it as a recommendation. Believe it when you cash out, not when someone whispers that it gets easier.
Cashout screenshot or it didn't happen.
The KYC bit is annoying for sure but I'll take it over some shady cage refusing my cheque honestly 😅 my utility bill got bounced once too, just resubmitted a fresh one and never heard about it since. RTPTracker sounds paranoid ngl, once you're verified the withdrawals just flow 🔥 finally hit a sweet 1,240 C$ on my favourite slot last week and cashout was smooth 🤑💰

@RTPTracker dude I cashed out after my KYC cleared and it hit my account quicker than my first payout did, so yeah the wheels genuinely loosened up for me 😎 yeah the document dance is a pain but once you're through you're through. Fire up your favourite slot after and thank me later 🔥🎰

@Paul_Win okay that's honestly reassuring to hear 😅 I'm still new to all this and the document pile they asked for scared me a bit. Did the verification take ages for you or was it decently quick once you sent everything? Asking for me lol 🙈
