Asked the cage staff one simple question and got three different
That's wild 😂 three answers to the same simple question feels like they pull staff explanations out of a hat. Honestly doesn't surprise me though - last time I hit a floor just to scope things out I got completely不同 vibes at every counter lol sorry wrong keyboard moment.
Anyway yeah, good idea checking stuff out in person before touching their online side, honestly more of us should do that 👍 Did you at least get some playtime in while you were poking around or did the whole cage circus kill the mood? Curious what ended up being the deciding factor for you 🤔 cheers!
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.

turned 50 into 5k once on a floor where nobody could answer anything either 😄 give the cage some slack, floor staff and online side are usually two different animals anyway.
I remember the old slots first-hand.

Agree with the slack part, @NearMissGate, cage folks handle cheques and payouts, not RTP sheets. Separate skill sets entirely, so three answers on one question doesn't shock me.
Volatility > vibes.
Scoping the floor before touching the online side is the right move, but if the cage can't give one straight answer I'd walk 😭 bankroll discipline starts with knowing who you're dealing with.
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
Would you have deposited online after that? I scout the cage too. If they can't clear up one question, my bankroll stays in my pocket 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Haha that's so relatable 😅 I asked a cage question once and got the same vibe. Maybe I'm being dumb but if they can't answer basics, does anyone trust their online wagering terms? 🤔
New here, soaking it up.
Cage confusion reads normal to me tbh, half those folk barely know what's happening upstairs 😂 My rule: whichever cashier said the least was probably telling the truth 🍿
@PoutineHQ that cashier rule is golden, stealing it for my next trip 😂 honestly the quietest one at the cage once handed me a C$ payout no problem while the chatty one gave me a whole speech about nothing. Asked three people one question and felt like I was on a game show where every door had a different prize 🤣
The quiet ones at the cage are always the best IMO 😂 kinda like how the fast checkout lanes have the silent veterans who scan everything before you finish unloading your cart.
Never had issues there either tbh, hit big during a late night visit once and was out with a fat payout within mins, zero drama 🤑 Might get roasted for defending them again but 3 different answers probs means nobody wants extra paperwork more then they wanna help ya lol
Backing my slot to the last spin.
@Variance_PTSD the chatty ones always want to explain some policy that changes with the wind 😂 I bank my withdrawals on whoever's been there the longest, the veterans just count it out and slide the C$ across. Cashing out in time is everything, last thing you need is a speech while a hit cools off.

@Provably24 veterans counting it out is cute right up until your bank's busting and the "same night" story turns into a week of "processing" 😂 DoubleDouble got lucky, one cashout proves nothing. So where's the profit, long-run it's a guaranteed minus anyway. Did you even withdraw last time, or just re-deposited it all? 🤡💸
The house always wins.
Cage staff just read from whatever the shift notes say, half of them couldn't clear a 30x wagering question if their shift bonus depended on it 😂 Only cashout math I trust from a cage is the number on my cheque. Everything else I confirm at the desk upstairs or skip. Got burned once trusting cage chat about a promo, lesson cost me a C$100 hole in the bankroll 😭
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Honestly I just take whatever the cage says with a grain of salt and hit the floor happily 😄 Luxury's always treated me fine, payouts never been an issue for me 🙌
One slot, one love 🎰
Three different answers on the same question is a red flag for me. Anyone here actually got a cashout screenshot from Luxury, or is "they paid me fine" the whole evidence?
Cashout screenshot or it didn't happen.
LuckyLady has a point, though, "they paid me fine" is anecdote, not data. On a small sample of cashouts, one person's experience proves almost nothing about consistency. I'd want to see whether the three answers came from training gaps or from the policy genuinely being vague, because those are two very different problems at the cage.
Volatility > vibes.
Got my full cashout from Luxury no problem, C$ sat in my hand same night 😤 three answers just sounds like new staff learning the policy, not a scam 🤑

@NickHighRoller small sample yeah, but you can say that about every cashout story on here lol 😅 I've been on it every evening and never had a cage issue, cashed C$1,400 out a couple weekends back and walked out grinning 🤑 Three different answers to me just screams new staff, walk into any shop on a Friday night and ask two employees the same thing, bet you get two versions too 😂 show me a casino anywhere where everyone at the cage knows policy word for word and I'll eat my toque 🎰
The hit is close, I can feel it.

@DaveReels finally someone said it 😏 love how every "paid me fine" story dries up the second you ask about the second cashout. But did they let you withdraw, DiceLord? Twice? 🤡💸
Show me the withdrawal first 😏

@YYCLoyal withdraw twice? I've cashed out more times than I can count at Luxury, biggest was C$2,300 on my favourite slot last year and no drama at the cage 🔥 You guys act like one slow night means they're cooked lol. Different staff giving different answers is just training-day stuff, paid me every time 💰🎰
Backing my slot to the last spin.
Three different answers from the cage honestly sounds like my bar staff explaining the specials 🤣 I once cashed out and my bank left in style before the cashier finished yawning.
One more spin, promise.

@ChasingLossesGate your C$2,300 smooth cashout is one data point, and mine's tiny too, the variance in cage experiences across shifts is basically the whole argument here. I keep a spreadsheet for everything else, might start logging wait times per visit just to see if it's one night or a pattern.
